Rahane’s Quiet Leadership

In 2012 Susan Cain wrote a book called Quiet: The Power of Introverts in a World that Can’t Stop Talking - commonly referred to as “the book that started the Quiet Revolution,”. In her book Susan explains we live in a world dominated by the “Extrovert Ideal”: “the omnipresent belief that the ideal self is gregarious, alpha and comfortable in the spotlight.”
